- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund provided it is in its original, unused condition.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
- Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- Any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment will not be refunded.
- Please note it may take up to 10 working days from the date we receive your items back to process your refund.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one to avoid delay in refund process.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
POP-UP STORES RETURNS POLICY
Products purchased from a Selflove event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store, please contact Customer Support.
